In the meantime, please know that I ship worldwide using Canada Post. You can choose your shipping methods through our cart system and chose whichever shipping method suits your needs. 

 

If you chose to have your packages sent untracked, I cannot be responsible for anything lost in the mail. I will do my best to make the situation right for us, of course, but I ask that you use patience where shipping is concerned. I am shipping from Ontario, Canada.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Once opened, our products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are not happy in any way, please contact us and we'll make the situation right for you. If you wish to return unopened products, you can contact us and we can figure out a solution together. We will not pay return shipping, nor will we refund you until I receive the returned product so returns are at your discretion. If a product is defective, we will replace it, refund your money or give you a store credit for future purchases.
